Waste to Energy
The Future City will be totally energy self-sufficient. All energy will be generated by a combination of cold fusion, interferometer frequency devices, Tesla wireless power transmission, supermagnetics, solar, wind, waste gasification, and CHP from industry.
There will be no waste or slurry that is not totally recovered and utilized. Water will mineralized, chlorine/fluorine-free, micro-clustered, and have a balanced pH. The water will also be enlivened with naturally-induced ionization, and the processing will be unique and affordable.
DragonsHeart carbon-credit worthy manufacturing methods are as extraordinary as the technologies that are to be manufactured.
This is an ideal scenario for a downstream industrial DragonsHeart technologies manufacturing complex to safely support a secure manufacturing community with health, education, recreation, and social/family support facilities , utilizing and show-casing the entire family of DragonsHeart Systems. Assembly of parts will be in a location near a rail and sea shipping port.
This provides security as the independent manufacturers of the parts do are not aware of the end product.
Raw Materials from Waste
Aluminum produces a polluting waste called red mud, a waste material from the refining of bauxite to alumina. Red mud contains 45-50% Fe2O3, which kills vegetation due to its alkalinity, and pollutes the land in general. However, these highly selective red mud waste streams are void of any tramp elements, and would be ideal for the production of high quality steel products, including SBQ and stainless steel.
While the iron content may not be as high as iron ore, with the lower cost per iron unit and minimal recovery costs via the DragonsHeart's Vortesizer (DragonsTail), they make very attractive substitutes. As well, our fluidized bed combustion system below has evolved to a unique plasma toroid that has the ability to separate waste to its constituent elements and metals as desired. Early experiments with various combustion techniques has resulted in the gasification of waste for this purpose. The combustion system depicted here is the early attempt at this technology.
DragonsHeart's various solid waste gasification technologies will provide char, which will afford DragonsHeart the potential to eliminate the necessity to purchase coal for its steel mills. The utilization of coal is for its fixed carbon as a reductant in converting iron into metallic metal. The synthesis gas (syngas) produced from the DragonsHeart gasification process will be used for the co-generation of electricity.
The DragonsFire Process can produce recycled metals from shredded, scrap cars etc., for steel fabrication and carbon from shredded automobile tires, municipal and industrial solid waste or other biomass.
This allows DragonsHeart to manufacture its products with recycled materials it produces itself. The ultimate savings in material costs are as impressive as the ecological statement it makes.
