Waste Slurry Treatment

This advanced waste system incorporates the Atmospheric Dryer (ATMD) in the waste treatment process. The ATMD Benefits:

  • Requires NO HEAT
  • Has only ONE moving part
  • No real maintenance for 7 years
  • Has small footprint and can be mobile for in-the-field processing
  • Energy requirements to evaporate 1Kg of water: 70Kj (Thermal dryer: 10,000Kj = 142 TIMES the savings - see Bar Chart below)
  • Capable of evaporating less than 2% DS to 98% solids, No odor (destroys pathogens). No harmful emissions
  • Capital and operating costs are a fraction of Thermal Dryers
  • Has NO emissions (CO2 & Dioxins)
  • Generates 1 megawatt of electricity from energy produced by recovered powder, which no longer contains nitrogen or has an odor.
  • Produces clean water with an atmospheric distiller capable of being configured to produce 30M gallons per day.

Municipal, Agricultural and Industrial Slurry Treatment

Throughout the world, the problem with stockpiled sludges is increasing by hundreds of millions of tones every year, particularly in high growth areas of developing countries. The contamination of soils and water supplies by inadequate treatment of municipal sewage sludge and industrial effluent is causing many human health problems.  The ATMD is one of the few technologies capable of eliminating this massive sewage problem and, when cost is considered, may be the only solution due to its amazing efficiency. It was specifically developed to receive the existing waste streams from treatment works, process these wastes and recover and dry the solid material, turn it into benign nitrogen-free fuel, or fertilizer powder.

 The ATMD is suited to reducing sludges from a level of 96% moisture to less than 5%. Significantly, it creates a sterile, pathogen-free output suitable for burning, compost or direct, in-soil applications. Sewage cake utilized for fuel in combustion type gasifiers can be dried and deodorized by the ATMD. Sewage slurry can be dewatered without pre-treatment, making it ideal for either fuel feedstock for plasma gasification (and for the conversion into surplus town gas) or chemical treatment processes for metal recovery and binding heavy metals against acid rain leachate, as well as destroying all known pathogens in the process, making it suitable for land reclamation.

Pathogen/Nitrogen-Free Fuel Drives Unique Mw Tesla Turbine

 The secondary by-product of the DragonsHeart Slurry Treatment has been found to be a dry, pathogen, and nitrogen-free fuel exceeding 8000 BTU, and a unique turbine generator process developed for utilizing the dried powder as fuel. The turbine features a new breed of high efficiency, Chinese-sourced, rare earth magnets to form generators in scalable megawatt range that are at one end of the shaft (the one moving part), which, in turn, power the one moving part. This Tesla turbine replaces the requirements for motors to run the generators, and its resultant smaller size and self-contained power source gives it mobility.

Mobile System

 The DragonsHeart Slurry Treatment ATMD can be custom designed for any process volume, but it was originally planned and designed to be the perfect mobile system (mounted on 40 ton, 5th-wheel trailers) that may be operated in tandem or in multiples to achieve maximum flexibility for demonstrating and/or addressing urgent treatment requirements. This system will be an excellent interim solution for piggeries, chicken farms, sewage/wastewater, agricultural waste, pharma/chemical slurries, food processing, mining, oil drilling and peat industries until full systems are in place.

 Oil, Sewage and Water Pipeline

The DragonsPipe is also ideal for oil pipelines, as the in-winding, centripetal action removes pressure from the walls of the pipe resulting in less pumping with optimum safety against oil leaks and subsequent pollution. Had this pipe been in Alaska, there would be no reason to ever shut it down. 

This makes it an exceptional oil pipeline that is highly desirable by the industry. The pipes overall internal reduced friction reduces the amount of in-line pumping. Another application for this would be pre-formed plastic liners for old, leaking underground pipelines requiring replacement. The increased speed of transfer would more than compensate for the reduced flow volume. 

The savings for these pipeline replacements would be substantial.
